Freshness & Returns Policy — Deshpande Estates & Farms

We take pride in freshly roasting and carefully packaging every order from our Chikmagalur estate coffee. Here's how we handle returns:

• Freshness guarantee: All orders are dispatched within 1-2 days of roasting. If you receive coffee that appears damaged, stale, or incorrectly labelled, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Damaged or incorrect orders: We'll replace or refund at no cost — just send us a photo of the issue at deshbhusiri@gmail.com.
• Change of mind: As coffee is a consumable product, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.
• Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 1 day of placing, before dispatch.
